02The story

As part of the VML team, I helped build the Brisbane 2032 website. I still can't believe I get to write that sentence.

Context

In December 2022, the Brisbane 2032 organising committee appointed VMLY&R Brisbane to create the Olympic and Paralympic emblems and visual brand strategy, leading a consortium with Landor & Fitch, Kantar Public and BlackCard.

My part

I worked on web development and UI for the Brisbane 2032 site, built with Next.js. Work at this scale is all about precision: accessibility, performance and consistency with a brand the whole world will see.

  • 01

    Front-end development in Next.js

  • 02

Built to the standards of a global Olympic platform

  • 03
