Introducing Ozz.fm — Music for your third ear.

Ozz.fm is finally live: a slow, weird, indie radio experiment with no tracking, no sign-ups and no algorithmic sludge.

Someone asked me today, “Hey… is that hobby radio app of yours a thing?”

And for a sec, I kinda glitched.
Because yeah — it’s been ages since I shared an update on https://ozz.fm

But the truth is?
Heck yes, it’s still a thing.
In fact, it’s more alive than ever.

I’ve been quietly rebuilding it over the past year, bit by bit. I just haven’t talked about it much publicly.

And now, for the first time, I’ve actually got a link that works without me saying, “Okay, but only if you’re on my Wi-Fi.”

It ain’t a scribbly page in my sketchbook anymore.
It’s real.
It’s live.
Like, an actual station.
And honestly, I can’t believe I get to write that.

So yeah… anyone can tune in. Or out.
I’m cool with either.

Now, this next part’s a bit personal.

Ozz started as a question:

What if music didn’t have to live inside the same corporate machine that’s been slowly draining the life out of it?

When I began building Musical Drones — a protest in the form of an app.
The idea was simple: use music and sound to take a stand against what streaming had become. Against how platforms like Spotify profit off artists while their CEO invests in weapons tech.

It’s wild when you think about it. The very thing that was meant to bring people together now funds the opposite.

So Ozz.fm is the next step in my little rebellion.
It’s a living experiment. A weird little imperfect attempt at making something that feels.

It’s slow. On purpose.
It’s not for swiping or skipping.
It’s not chasing virality or trends.
It’s built to breathe.

The longer you leave it on, the more fun it becomes.
And the weirder it gets.

Is it polished?
Not really.
But let’s pretend that’s the point.

What it is, though, is real.
Real indie music.
No algorithmic sludge.
No VC buzzwords.
No tracking.
No sign-ups.
Just music — and a slightly unhinged conductor keeping it all alive.
(And big thanks to Chis for all the music curation… your years at the record shop have paid off)

So yeah, if you’re a tech bro hunting for an AI-music disruptor with a hyper-growth roadmap and synergy-based monetisation…
This ain’t it, chief. 👍

But if you believe music deserves better — if you think there has to be another way — then welcome aboard.

It’s weird. It’s messy. It’s indie.
And it’s definitely not your uncle’s Spotify playlist (which, by the way… is still funding war machines).

After years of building, breaking, rebranding 10x, tearing it all down and rebuilding it all over again…

Ozz is finally live.

Hey Mr. Daniel Eeeek, put this in your pipe and get lost.
